I, Mr. NESTOR RONDON DUARTE, Venezuelan, of legal age, married, Business Administrator-UCV-1975, career civil servant, retired, head of the Identity Card No. 1,579,243, established in the city of Caracas, Municipio Libertador Capital District, in accordance with the provisions of Article 51 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, with due respect for before I address the CENTRAL BOARD OF SUGAR CONTROLLER "CAZTA" appointed by the Ministry of Popular Power for Agriculture and Lands, Central located in the town of Urena, State Táchira, to notify and seek clarification of facts, which ANNEX photocopy of the relevant evidence.

“ 1º.- Un inmueble constituido por un lote de terreno y por una sabana, ubicados en jurisdicción del Municipio Ureña del Distrito Bolívar del Estado Táchira, y alinderados así:
El lote de terreno: Por el Norte con cerca de alambre, de por medio, con propiedad de Emilio Sánchez ; por el Sur , en parte con potreros que fueron de Leandro M. Labrador y hoy pertenecen a Arnobio Sánchez, y en parte, con propiedades de Emilio Sánchez e ignacio Contreras; por el Este , el camino viejo que conduce de San Antonio a Ureña; y por el Oeste , con propiedad de Emilio Sánchez. (Sólo oriento, es la parte Este de la Granja Agrícola)
